The Profile Motel &
Cottages is in the heart of the White Mountains where every guest reservation is
both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must
cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven (7) days prior to your
arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice,
shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to
take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s),
a full or partial refund will be made.We do have an
exception to this policy. Our 3 & 5 bedroom cottages have a sixty (60) day
cancellation policy. If we can rebook your reservation, a full or partial refund
will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and
special requests.
Check In: 3 – 10 p.m.; Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
Early/ Late Check In Prior Arrangement ONLY.
Room rates are per night, double occupancy, plus tax.
Smoking Policy:
All rooms are smoke free, you may smoke outside.
In the unlikely event that you smoke in your room there will be a minimum charge
of $200 applied to your credit card.
Minimum night stays may apply during key events and holidays.
